The Beach Flats is generally recognized as the area between the Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk, the San Lorenzo River. The service area of the Beach Flats Community Center extends beyond the geographical boundary of the neighborhood and draws people from throughout the broader community to its programs and activities.
